Julien Blanc is appointed to the position of Head of the Strategic Consulting Department for Energy Transition of the Group, called ZETA (Z-Energy Transition Anticipation) newly created on December 1, 2017.
As part of the extension of the Renewable Marine Energy Solutions activities of the Bardot international group based in La Ciotat in Provence, Julien Blanc, a graduate of the Ecole Centrale Paris (2003), takes charge from December 1st, 2017, of the Group’s new Strategic Consulting Department for Energy Transition.
After starting his career with the firm Oliver Wyman as Analyst, then working for Atexo, from 2005 to 2008, as Manager for consulting projects for local authorities, Julien joined Carbone 4, leading consulting firm specialized in low carbon strategy and adaptation to climate change, in 2008. He was appointed Managing Director in 2014.
Julien Blanc will oversee the Internal Council for the strategic positioning of marine renewable energy technology solutions developed by the Bardot Group (ETM / OTEC / SWAC…). He will also oversee the consulting with the public authorities on their transitional energy strategy.
