FORESEA
FORESEA is an €11m project which helps to bring offshore renewable energy technologies to market by providing free access to a world-leading network of test centres: the European Marine Energy Centre (EMEC) (UK), SEM-REV (France), SmartBay (Ireland) and Stichting Tidal Testing Centre (Netherlands). Access is awarded through a series of competitive calls for application. It is financed by the Interreg North West Europe programme. www.foreseaproject.eu

Marine Power Systems Marine Power Systems Ltd (MPS) is a wave power technology development company based in Wales (UK).
The company is focused on developing a device that can offer the most affordable, reliable and scalable offshore wave technology in the world with its wave energy device the WaveSub. Designed and built in Wales, the WaveSub has the potential to substantially reduce the costs of energy generation from waves.
Funded by a mix of public and private sector investment, MPS has just started sea-based testing of its quarter-scale prototype. MPS’s long-term vision is to take its product to a commercial market and become a leading manufacturer of multi-megawatt wave energy devices that can generate clean, reliable energy for countries around the globe.
